The 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System includes one 3300 XL 8 mm probe, one 3300 XL extension cable, and one 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor. This system delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, enabling precise measurement of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The 3300 XL probe and extension cable feature significant improvements over previous designs, including a patented TipLoc* molding method that ensures a stronger bond between the probe tip and the probe body. Additionally, the probe’s cable incorporates a patented CableLoc* design, providing a robust 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to securely attach the probe cable and tip. These connectors are designed for ease of use, requiring no special tools for installation or removal, making the system both reliable and user-friendly.
