128229-01 is a Proximitor Seismic Monitor I/O Module manufactured and designed by Bently Nevada as part of the 3500 Series used for monitoring seismic activity. This component is part of 3500/40m, Which is a four-channel monitor that accepts input from proximity transducers, conditions the signal to provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares the conditioned signals with user-programmable alarms.
