The 3300 XL probe and extension cable feature several improvements over previous designs, including a patented TipLoc™ molding method that ensures a more robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body.
The 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System consists of one 3300 XL 8 mm probe, one 3300 XL extension cable, and one 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor. This system provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, enabling it to measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values.
Additionally, the probe’s cable is designed with a patented CableLoc™ system, providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to securely attach the probe cable to the probe tip.
