The 990-05-50-01-CN 990 Vibration Transmitter is designed primarily for OEMs of centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans, providing a simple 4-20 mA proportional vibration signal as input to their machinery control systems. This 2-wire, loop-powered device accepts input from the 3300 NSv proximity probe and its matching extension cables, which are available in 5 m and 7 m system length options. The transmitter conditions the input signal, converting it into appropriate peak-to-peak vibration amplitude engineering units and then outputs it as a 4-20 mA industry-standard signal to the control system. This allows for effective machinery protection, alarming, and logic processing.
