The 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor, extension cable, and probe are designed to operate between 0°C and +45°C (+32°F to +113°F) with a -24 Vdc power supply, a 10 kΩ load, and a Bently Nevada-supplied AISI 4140 steel target that is 31 mm (1.2 in) in diameter or larger, with a probe gap of 1.0 mm (40 mils). The system's accuracy and interchangeability specifications are only applicable when using a Bently Nevada AISI 4140 steel target.

For added protection, connector protectors are recommended for the probe-to-extension cable connection. Bently Nevada’s patented CableLoc* design provides 220 N (50 lb) of pull strength, securely attaching the probe cable to the probe tip. Additionally, the patented TipLoc* molding method creates a robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body, ensuring long-term durability and reliability.
